Rotary clothes airer

Whilst on the club site in Tewkesbury in June I noticed a unit with a very small rotary clothes airer. It was radically different from the whopping great ones every one seems to cart about with them and despite extensive Internet searches I can't find it.
Did the owner make it or did it come from a French supermarket. It consisted of a rotary pole with a top that had several arms about 18" long with loads of pegs (like those portable ones you put on your washing line at home or your bike rack on the back of
your van if you have one).if any one knows where you can get one I would be really grateful to know!!
