Travelling with dogs to France

Hi everyone, we are new to caravanning and are a little worried about taking our dogs to France. We understand the pet passport but are un clear on how to book the vet on the French side to get the worming visit done and the paper work etc.

Can anyone experienced in touring with their lovely dogs help us out on this one as everything is new and a little panic is starting to creep in! any adive really will be appreciated  Thank you,
