Hi

I'm a caravan newbie and I've just acquired a 2007 Bailey Ranger 470/4 and am looking for advice on getting the 12v system working.

With a mains hookup connected, all lights and appliances seem to work, but disconnected nothing seems to work.

The caravan is at a storage site, so I brought the battery back home. I tested it with a multimeter and the voltage showed 12.7v, which I'm not sure indicates whether the battery is flat or not. When I collected the van it was a 5 hour tow back home so
if the battery is charged from the car it should have been topped up.

When connected to the caravan, the voltage meter on the electric panel shows no reading, whether the main switch on the 12v control panel is on or off, and no lights come on.

I'm trickle charging the battery at home with my car battery charger, but was wondering what I should check next in the caravan to diagnose the issue?

Thanks.
