Booking AS sites

Just spent a frustrating 2 hours trying to book the Damage Barton site in Cornwall. Firstly the calls connected (so I was now paying for the call) to be told by recorded message that "the reception is busy at the moment, please try again later" I tried several
times over the next 30 minutes and received the same message every time. Then the lines was "engaged" leaving a longer gap (an hour) I tried again and for the next 5 attempts I got the message " reception busy".  So what have I now done..... gone online and
booked the club site Willingcott, time taken for this less than a minute. I have learnt my lesson
