we just got a phone call from chatsworth club site saying that THEY were cancelling our booking this weekend cause of the snow.
when the confirmation email arrived however it read as the cancelling was our fault and we breached their terms and conditions - it wasnt us that cancelled though it was them .
the email warned us to not let it happen again. do i need to contact the caravan club and clear our name or will they realise whats happened - dont wanna get in trouble before we have even settled into the club
