My Profile - Bailey Motorhomes

I have recently sold my Caravan and Ordered a Bailey Motorhome. I attempted to update 'My Profile' to find that Bailey is not listed under Motorhomes in the Add Unit section.

Is this an oversight, an I the only potential Bailey Motorhome owner or am I doing something wrong?

    Ooops, typo there it should have been the Add Outfit section that doesn't contain Bailey details in the drop-down selection.

    If you are trying to change your outfit details, length, axles etc I think there have been a few issue with that function. When I changed my details when I changed from a caravan to a motorhome nearly four years ago it did not like the motorhome details
    and everytime I book a campsite I get a reminder to update my details!!! Might be worth an e-mail to the membership department.

    I get the same "update" every time as well, even though I have "updated" twice and have only ever had one "van" registered with the CC website.....Undecided

    It doesnt have an option for Bailey and offers an option of Other which is then rejected when I try and submit.  

    I'd recommend the CAMC website needs completely overhauling.

    You are probably right, about the overhaul I mean.😂 As you can see from the date of the thread this is a longstanding problem. It didn't have the details for our Hymer either and wouldn't take what I tried to input. Give the club a ring, they managed to sort it in a few minutes. Why we can't have access to the vehicle details they have is a mystery.

    In the end, to get rid of the constant reminders, I put ours in as a 2008 Peugeot instead of a 2020 Fiat with a totally different engine. 😆

    Who cares, at least it's got the right reg number 🤷🏻‍♂️
