London Marathon Weekend!

Can anybody offer any advice we want to go to London for a long weekend on the Marathon weekend tried Hotels but they are too overpriced then decided to take the Caravan! Saw Crystal Palace & thought perfect ! But it says choose a different date so I think
it must be fully booked! :0(

I have been helping a friend to train for it and would really love to cheer her on along with lots of fellow runners from the club I am a member of!
