If you're talking about the 380/2 then we have one. Had it since 2012 and it's served us well. We manage to spend about 130 nights per year away in it and have taken it thousands of miles across Europe and the UK.
If there is anything specific you want to know then post on here and I will try to answer your questions.

It's pretty good by the standards that you see these days. It's our 5th.caravan and compares favourably (to date) with them all. We've had small niggles that have been sorted out by the dealer, such as the draining of the tank has needed to be adapted but
nothing to do with the basic structure. We use CL's a lot so use the shower room. It's small but as neither of us is over 5'8" and not obese it doesn't present a problem. We're particularly impressed by the copious cupboard space and having seen inside several
larger vans we feel that this van offers more space than those ones.Towing is a doddle and for several years we towed with a 1.6 diesel which produced ggod performance figures over over 35 mpg. It's only 1 tonne so you can push it around without the need for a motor mover and we can store it at home. It does get shoved about
a bit in the wind being quite light and we do have trouble finding an awning that fits perfectly, so tend to use a porch awning or sun canopy. You will have to get used to losing about 3" width wise and you soon realise that both parties can't be in the same space but we've had 4 years of practise and have now found a rythm to living in it. It does also mean that the towing is a bit easier as you're
not so worried about it fitting through gaps. If the car goes through then the van should as well.We had a good look around at the recent NEC and were disappointed in the alternatives so decided to hang onto ours for a bit longer. We did find that the new 380 was mssing some bits that we like in our model, such as a proper cupboard under the bathroom
sink so I would look for a slightly older version if I were you.As I said before, anything else just ask.
