advice on windows for motorhome

Hi can anybody offer me some advice.I have a 1992 renault master conversion and the side windows are fixed with no openings,it used to be a minibus,i was wandering if i can somehow put opening windows in the excisting glass windows or would i have to replace
the whole window.Any help would be greatly appreciated
