New caravan awning issue

Hi, 

Just wondering if anybody can help me out with an issue I'm having.

I recently purchased a new 2015 caravan with an awning, but I am having issues putting the awning into the running rail and threading it up due to the tightness.

Does anybody have any advice or tips on how to make this easier?
