Misleading Site Reviews

Please forgive if this has been raised before but I find the CC format for site reviews is poorly designed. For example any reviewer has to rate "facilities and cleanliness", with a score of 1 to 5, together.

So if the site has no loos/ showers etc, then you might give it a low score which is fair. BUT then this implies to those reading the review that it isn't clean.

Bit hard on the site staff who keep a site spotless but then get marked down for reduced facilities.

The two things are not necessarily connected are they?
