tomato recipes

Every year at this time the greenhouse is bulging with ripening tomatoes family all have greenhouses so work mates get some, tomato sauce,chutney,salsa,soup etc. are all made but does anyone have any good recipes for them?

our border collie likes tomatoes & I think it was a vet on tv said tomatoes neutralise dogs urine so it wont damage grass
