Towing mirrors on a Honda CRV

I need to replace my towing mirror's on my Honda CRV 2011, the problem i have is the nearside door mirror automatically tilts down when reverse is selected, so unless i get the correct towing mirror's this will cause the door mirror motor to stall, eventually
burning the motor out. Has anyone found a solution to this please.
