Advice Needed please-Swift Mixer Taps

Fitting water mixer tap and just wondered if the new mixer taps will have wires attached to the microswitch as my broken taps seems to be sealed where the wires go in.

Its a 1993 swift rapide trying to find replacement is tricky.

Any advice will be gratefully welcomed many thanks
