Do you tip at Christmas

Years ago it was nearly customary to give a Christmas tip to your bin man, paperboy,milkman etc. This seems to happen less now, we give the coalman a tip as he will get here no matter what the weather, he turned up in a tractor when snow blocked the road.

does anyone else still give tips
