Water Heater / Truma Heater Switches - Wrong Place

Sigh - in our last two caravans (Senator Series 5 and Olympus 525) both the water heater switch and the heater swich are located so low that a curious toddler can turn them off and on.

Why don't Baileys (in our case) put them higher? In a cupboard would be handy. They do not need to be at toddler height.
