Hi.

Has anyone any experience of Marquis Leisure particularly their Preston Branch? I have been given a price on a new van and am looking to order from them.

Thank you.Wink

We bought from a different branch and weren't overly impressed but, there again, all dealers seem to be the same even it comes to aftercare and warranty work.

I wouldn't take their word for anything but they're probably no worse than the average dealer.

I've heard complaints about virtually all the dealers....the larger the dealer, the more the complaints...Marquis seem to be about the biggest so attract the most complaints!

Does that then mean that they have the most satisfied customers.....probably!

I  asked the same about the Dinnington branch but got very little feedback.

They do claim to be the biggest in the country but i see that as a negative, they were also not competitive with quotes, so i bought from a smaller company with lower overheads i presume, and about a £1000 cheaper.

We bought our new Coachman from their Ipswich branch last year. Whilst their sales process was a little 'clunky' , they gave us a good price for our trade in, did a good job of swopping over our motor movers and adding a BBQ point. They then did a comprehensive
hand over to us. We have used it for nearly a year and not had a single problem with it. The price they sold the 'van to us at was also good. So I have to say we have no complaints about Marquis

From reading the forums the service seems variable depending on which branch you use. As these were dealer taken over by the group and presumably still have many of the same staff you get a service similar to what you had before.
