Was thinking of spending some time on this site although reviews seem a bit mixed.

Maybe I misunderstood it, but I read that on arrival your caravan is taken away and pitched for you and is also towed back to your car to be hooked up again for you afterwards which is unusual.

Is the site insured to operate with people's caravans in this way?
