Jockey wheel nose weight gauge

I have very recently found a jockey wheel with a very user friendly looking weight gauge at the top of the shaft rather than a pointer down low next to the wheel. it's designed to read accurately when the jockey wheel is turned to the rear. Does anyone
have experience of this device?
