Tyre pressures

Hello.
i have a bailey beech comber 470/4 and would like to know the correct tyre pressures.
the tyre sizes are 175/13r
tread polyester 2 +steel 2
sidewall polyester 2
single 730kg
dual 690kg
at 450kpa (65psi) gold
to me this means nothing... Hopefully to the more experienced caravaners this willl make sense.
