Motorhome Solar Panels, which one to go for?

Hi Folks,  we are getting a solar panel for our high top van conversion and were looking at the following: 

"100w 12v Solar Vehicle Kit Duo" made by Sunstore

Does anyone have any experience with Sunstore and their products?  We need a bit of advice re. how powerful a kit to go for, we will be running lights and waterpump off it and possibly laptop/tablet or small
TV screen.  Also on ease of fitting and if we could do it ourselves or would a specialist fitter be needed.
