Uploading photos

It seems very complicated to upload photos, is the forum not set up for it, I tried to follow instructions from a previous thread for using iPad and computer, non of which works, clearly some can do it, it is very easy using photo bucket on previous forums
I have used. Just copy an might link and paste it.. Not here though
