Dog owners

Currently on York, Rowntree site, today I witnessed a dog owner allow his dog to urinate on the edge of my pitch, he had 2 big whippet type dogs and he clearly thought it was ok to leave a pool of urine outside  my caravan,, a simple jerk on the lead and the word ' no' would have stopped it, I should have said something but chose not to, another dog walker walked past shaking his head so it's not all dog owners who have this sort of attitude .
