Can neighbours make us move caravan

Hi, we have just bought our first touring caravan and bought it home on drive a few weeks ago.  Yesterday neighbour came round to say they dont like it being there and wants it moved.  We have checked our land registry deeds and there is no mention of any
covenants saying we cannot have a caravan parked on our driveway, so we thought we were within our rights to keep it at home.  Has anyone been in this position before...any advice appreciated....can he make us move it?
