air awnings

our hare standing pitch was uneven. The caravan was levelled but when we put the air awning up one of tubes became kinked. After contacting Kampa and doing all that they suggested it made no difference. It was inflated as much as possible but I feel it was
because it was not level the tube kinked with the pressure.  Has anyone any tips about how to remedy the problem of an uneven pitch  and an air awning.  I presume that with a normal awning with poles the poles scan be adjusted to cater for tlie uneven pitch.
 Any help would be gratefullreceive ivied.
