First visit to France and Spain

Hi Venturing into France and Spain for the first time on September the 20th for 3 weeks in our campervan(autocruise alto).Hoping to get down to the Barcelona area.We are going Plymouth Roscoff,heading down the west coast to possibly Biarritz and then cutting
across to Girona.Bit of a general question but we are after any advice on Good sites/Aires etc to stay,essential kit we need abroad for EHU,waste etc.
