Reading or Understanding, Which is it?

There is now a problem in the Technical General section where all sorts of dross is being posted, some for this section, some for the Chat and another for Awnings, Having the wrong type of post in technical defeats the object,  a question in General regarding an awning just beggars belief, the correct section was just below. If a post is in the wrong section advise it is wrong, the mods will move it, some of you should know better.
