Hi folks

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but I'm wondering if anyone has any advice.

We had our Swift Challenger stolen in May 2012. Despite having a "new for old" CC insurance policy, we still have no settlement. I'm completely at a loss as to how to proceed.

We were heartbroken when our van was taken - I have caravanned in the UK as a child and now with my own family. To then find out that our insurance policy is seemingly worthless has added insult to injury. We've never missed a payment on our premium so why
won't they pay out?

we've waited 20 months so far on the CC settling this claim.....HELP please - we genuinely don't know how to get our van back.
