Driving licence "downgrade"

Can anyone help me please.

I have recently downplated my m/home and do not now require the entitlement on my driving licence to drive a vehicle over 3500Kgs.

Just received my driving licence renewal reminder. Can find nowhere, any explanation to remove a category from the licence. I am over 70years of age and this is my second licence renewal since attaining this age.

Just wondering if anyone else has experienced similar issues
