Brink/Thule Detachable Towbar

Hi

We have a Brink/Thule detachable towbar (BMA) fitted to our 2010 Rav4. The neck always locks into place with a resounding/reassuring clunk and feels solid and the indicators are green. However after coming home on Saturday noticed that there was some play
in the neck/housing. Have called in at our local Towbar Centre who fitted it and they checked it and have contacted Thule. The result is that the neck and housing are going to be returned to Thule for checking and repair/replacement if necessary.

If you have a Brink/Thule detachable towbar on your vehicle then please get it checked at your fitting centre.
