This has happened a couple of times now.

My partner and I are not married ... SHOCK HORROR .. I know. Anyway she is the "lead" member and we usually book on line, so booking is in her name.

We arrive on site & I go to book in & pay ... produce my member card ( same member number ) .... "Errr thats a different name" ..... I explain & point out the member number ..... "is she with you ? "  (looks through window)  ...... would you like me to fetch her ? ... "Err no,no I`m sure it will fine"
