When reading cl entries the terms, Sloping, Slightly sloping and levelling blocks required are used. What is the definitive discription of these terms. I know it sounds obvious but I was aked this on holiday and couldn't answer the question. 

Who decides on the wording. Is it the site inspector or the owner
