Garmin Satnav

Forgive me if this has been asked before!

I've downloaded the POIs off the website to my Satnav. I can find them on the Satnav device and all the details such as address, coordinates, name of site are shown, but, I can't get the satnav to give me instructions to reach the POIs installed.

I've installed Site details from the ACSI site no problem. 

Where am I going wrong?
