Caravan Rear Cycle Rack

I see that the new Swift Caravans for 2016 have fixing bars to enable a Thule rear mounted cycle rack to be fitted. My question is: If you load bicycles onto the back of a caravan, won't that put far too much weight onto the rear of the van, and make it
unstable?
