Yet again I am having to contact Marquis to sort out some problems, rang Monday 5th Feb. and still waiting for a return call. Rang again at 3pm but no return call, so have spent some time talking to the complaints department at Marquis head office. This complaint will be forwarded back to their Poole branch where the area manager should by now be aware of my complaint, its now 4.12pm Wed and still no call back.
How long is acceptable to form a que.
Making enquiries to take the van else where for warranty claims.
Three of the items on my list have been delt with by the dealer before so I'm not happy.
