Van radio

I have just changed my works van to a 2006 Fiat Ducato, because the cab is used on a lot of M/H and my van came with no hand book.

Does anyone know how to increase the turn on volume? each time i switch the engine off after turning back on the radio reverts back to a quiet volume. Can it be changed? 

Radio appears to be factory fitted.
