Troutbeck Head site - pitching nose in?

I used to go to the Troutbeck Head site a lot but haven't been since these new pitching regulations. A lot of caravans used to go nose in to take advantage of the views, has anybody been recently and can report back if this is still the case? Also any information
on which pitches have been downgraded?/how many?
