Good customer service from a dealer?

I don't want this to become a thread to bash poor customer service from dealers but rather a thread to share good experiences if they exist. 

Here in the North East I have yet to find a dealership who actually cares about their after sales service to customers. In my experience once they have your deposit you become a problem that has to be managed for the next few years. This has been our experience
of various dealerships over a number of years. I constantly have to chase things up and just feel ripped off and let down. How do they get away with it when the products are expensive items. Is there any dealership out there that cares????

Positive answers below please, I need a bit of hope for the rest of my camping life........
