Does anyone know of a CL with B & B accommodation for an elderly relative within the NW area of England?  Thanks

Any particular location within the NW of England as it's a fairly large area.  

The Bridge Inn at Hornby, near Lancaster appears to meet your requirements.

The Poplars in Crowton near Frodsham, Cheshire has a B and B. It's a lovely flat lawned site with beautiful views and £13 inc EHU.

there is a cl at newby bridge Cumbria that has bb. Also one at basenthwaite

The Newby Bridge one is Old Barn Farm, Fiddlers Hall. Don't know the Bassenthwaite one.
