13 pin electrics on elddis

Hi has anyone has any issues with the electrical 13 pin connection on their van,2 weeks ago i didnt get any power to my lights on the van,i removed the outer casing and tried it without the screw in section and it worked,i rebuilt the casing and it was OK.

today picking the van up to take it for its first service the same issue again no power to my lights on the van!!!,once again removed the casing and didnt work,after 1hr of playing about with it i managed to get it working,i called my local dealer who said
they will look into during the service. Anyone with the same issues?
