Unreadable posts

The posts of one member are totally unreadable on my computer.  They seem to be 'encrypted' or written in a 'Chinese' script.

My best guess is that this one member uses a font that is not supported on my laptop.  It's really messing up any forum that they post in.

Any ideas as to solving this?
