Advice needed

We have recently purched a 5 year old auto trail Tracker EKS . When we fill the water tank up we only have to have a shower and do a couple of washings ups and the waste tank is full . when we empty it we leave both taps in the open position . What are we
doing wrong or is that the capasity ??? We can not figure out how to use the auto cruise ..any suggestions out there . As for the pull down t/v ,reverse,system in between the driver and passenger there is no chance ever .. Is there any one in the Chorley (lancs)
who may be able to give an lesson . Or any kind person out there to advise us ??? thanks Simon ..sim1954@hotmail .co.uk
