Are there any caravanners / motorhomers on here that have done both and which one has been the best to suit you and why ?

The way I see it is tow the van and have something to drive around in or pack all your stuff and drive the motorhome, or as some do, tow a car behind the m/home in which case you might as well just tow a van.

I put it in this section because it covers 3 different sections of towcar,caravan & motorhome.

We have never toured abroad yet and think there may be more m/homes than caravans on the roads, is this correct ?

Do you ever see full awnings on m/homes or just the canopy ?

Are there members who owned a van then m/home and reverted back or vice-versa.
