Who can post ?

I have this funny feeling the forum is under attack from a troll.

There are a lot of newbies all of a sudden that post some rather odd questions to say the least.

We all have to start somewhere and the more members participating on a regular basis the better IMHO.

But I just have this sneaky feeling its a wind up, most dont 2nd post either, so my question is ; How does one post, do you have to be a member and I thought you could only have one log-in name.

How easy is it to have numerous guises ?
