Club site and dogs

Hi, I am still kinda new to the caravan club. I was wondering is it right that Club Sites do not charge for dogs? I have been looking at Wooda Farm - Bude. You cant make any quotes/bookings via the club site but you have to do it direct with Wooda. They
only show a £4 discount for caravan club members, but they charge £8 per dog!!!
