Australian, non UK resident without UK address

I am an Australian and therefore a non UK resident and live in my UK Motorhome 6 months a year which is the limit to my visa when entering the UK.

When my UK resident son returns back to Australia in October, 2015 at the end of his 2 years working visa I will loose the London address I use for my Motorhome.

This address is used for the Caravan Club, MOT, AA membership etc.

What are my options ??

Does the Caravan Club have any answers for this problem ??.  I have permanent storage at the Gatwick Caravan Site when I leave the UK each year.
