Towing with an older car!

 Hello all,

Does anyone have experience of towing with an older car.  I have bought a sweet little Avondale Perle Orestes, which is very lightweight but have Peuqeot 206 1.4 (y reg) on paper appears no issue...but in practice, perhaps another story.  So any advice/stories
greatly received.
