We recently had a problem with the rooflight in our Autotrail Delaware. Our dealer recommended fitting a Heki 2 whick locks down by a bar, but after it was fitted we noticed adraft and some rain got in which might be due to a fitting problem but got the
following reply from  the  Technical Dept.at the Dometic Website

Hello Peter,

Unfortunately not high level ventilation can prevent water entering if under the right circumstances. If air is able to enter then so can water.

As also stated before, vents are designed to allow air flow, and can only limit so much air entering. If air is being forced in then this is again something which can not be prevented. The faster the movement of air, the more air that can enter through the
vent. Please see other ventilation manufactures.

Again please contact your dealer to check the installation of the product.

We are now concerned we have fitted the wrong rooflights. Has anyone experienced any problems with this model?

We would be grateful for comments quickly as we have the motorhome with the dealer to have the rooflight refitted.

Thanks
