Receiver for pin and ring on awning

After only about 8 outings one of the metal receivers for the pin and ring on my Towsure Panama 390 awning has come adrift and been lost. Towsure don't want to know and want to sell me either a full bendy pole or new end section which with postage is ridiculous
When I only need the small metal bit. Anyone else had this problem with Towsure awning and where can you buy just the end bit of metal receiver without buying the whole piece?
