New Nissan x-trail for towcar

Has anyone tried towing with the new x-trail? I would appreciate your views on how capable it was when you were towing,i would also like to know the weight of caravan you were pulling.Grateful thanks for any info.    I have used the previous model x-trail
 2 litre very successfully for several years but i`am dubious of changing  to new model 1.6 for fear it lacks the capabilty for towing 1500 kgs,even with all it`s wizardry.
